Home Health Care is providing skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and home health aide services on a part time basis to homebound patients with a variety of medical conditions. These are delivered under the order of a physician. Medicare, Medicaid and private insurances very often pay for these services. Services are available for non-homebound individuals through other programs provided by our Agency.

Skilled Nursing
Assessment, Teaching, Wound care, Catheter care, IV therapy, Injections, Diabetic or other qualifying foot care, Adult immunization including flu vaccine.

Office consultations available for diabetes, blood pressure, Avonex injection therapy, and other needs as referred by physicians.

Wound, Ostomy, Continence Certified Nurse available to home care agencies, hospitals, long-term care facilities, physicians and others. Available as liaison to product suppliers.
