Home
Health Care is providing skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and home health aide services on a part time basis to homebound patients with a variety of medical conditions. These are delivered under the order of a physician. Medicare, Medicaid and private insurances very often pay for these services. Services are available for non-homebound individuals through other programs provided by our Agency.

Skilled Nursing
The Marion County Health Department and Home Health Agency provides a wide range of skilled nursing, home health aides and rehabilitation services to Marion County residents with a variety of medical conditions.
- Certified Wound, Osotomy, and Continence Nurse on staff to collaborate on difficult and non-healing wounds, colostomy, ileostomy, urostomy, and continence issues.
- Contracted Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy to assist with your rehabilitation needs.
- Post-surgical monitoring
- Medication Teaching
- Case Management
- Post-hospital monitoring of new, or exacerbated health conditions, such as high blood pressure, stroke, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, fractures, lung conditions (COPD), IV Therapy, and catheter care.
- Registered Nurses are just a phone call away 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you with your healthcare needs.
